About the Event
Candice Carty-Williams’ brilliant debut novel introduced us to an unforgettable heroine—Queenie Jenkins—and announced its author as one of the most interesting young writers working in the UK today. Queenie is a book that addresses issues of mental health, race and consent with sparkling insight, and I am delighted to interview the author as she discusses her work.
The audience will also have the opportunity to ask Candice questions. The discussion will be followed by a signing.
