 The annual event started by dynamic Nottingham poet Panya Banjoko is back! Read A Black Author is an afternoon of readings that aims to both celebrate the faves and greats of black literature as well as highlight the new or more obscure voices in the community. Come along and discover your new favourite writer!

All are welcome. You are even invited to participate if you wish - please get in touch if you'd like to read out your favourite passage or poem by a black writer.

The event is free to attend, but please do reserve your place either by booking online or contacting our store.
